During development or modification of a module pool program, we will come across a situation to modify the screen as per the requirements. If the existing screen is having lot of customizations, it is advisable to take a back up of the screen before proceeding to make changes in it. I don't believe mySAP.com server applications run on MacOS X but they could be ported fairly easily if the demand arose I suppose.
No, the point of this thread, is asking the community if they use a MacOS X client for their use in the SAP world: implementation, configuration, maintenance, reporting, whatever...?
Is this strictly via a web browser; which one works best? Is there an SAP client app that you use on MacOS X? Do you find yourself employing CLI commands w.r.t. your SAP work? What kind of SAP work do you do; module? Are there MacOS X shortcomings/advantages as a client in the SAP world?
I ask because I'm seriously considering a career change going into SAP BW and SAP SEM...details of my would-be role still forming.
